Multifunctional horizontal packaging system (Model: ZSC-DK-860A)

Multifunctional horizontal packaging system is developed and upgraded by China Zhongshan Machinery on the basis of horizontal stacking machine for rotary press, which is specially designed for books printing, collection of 16K, 32K and other sizes of presswork, and integrates horizontal collection, counting, binding and packing, and other functions as a whole.

Process:

The product receives presswork by multi-dimensional conveyer (by air), conveys presswork into finishing unit via belt conveyor (size adjustable), collects and counts by a laser counter; in collection port, presswork collection is under horizontal longitudinal method, as controlled by laser counter. When the preset quantity is reached, the claw blocks rear presswork and allows presswork to be inserted into blocking plate. The  presswork behind the blocking plate can be manually placed on into both ending plates, conveyed into packing unit. The system starts up tightening unit to re-finish and tighten presswork and package simultaneously; finally, the packaged finished presswork can be pushed manually to stacking area.
