Main features

1．The product is capable of sorting large quantities of goods continuously. Thanks to automatic operation line mode in bulk production, the system is not restricted by climate, time, and workload and it is available in continuous running. Depending on higher sorting efficiency per unit time, the automatic sorting system capacity is equal to 100 hours of capacity by manual sorting system. It sorts 7000 packaged units per hour, but the quantity of manual sorting system is only 150 units per hour. In addition, any sorting worker is unable to work for continuous eight hours under such labor intensity.

 2. Lower sorting error: the automatic sorting system error rate mainly depends on the accuracy of input sorting information, as well as input mechanism for sorting information. If the information is input manually via keyboard or voice recognition mode, the error rate will be 3% or more; in case of barcode scanning input, the error rate will be zero except for printing error in barcode itself. Therefore, barcode technology is mainly used for automatic sorting system identification.

 3. Sorting operation can be unmanned. In foreign countries, the automatic sorting system is to reduce manual operation and workers’ labor intensity, improve the efficiency of workers. Therefore automatic sorting system can minimize manual operation. Basically sorting operation can be unmanned. Manual operation is limited to the following tasks:

(1) Manual receiving when delivery vehicles arrive at inlet of automatic sorting line.

(2) Manual control on operation of the sorting system.

(3) Collecting and loading goods discharged at inlet of automatic sorting line.

(4) Operating, management and maintenance of automatic sorting system.
